Rock Climbing Kitty Demo
You play as a dragon-cat trying to climb your way out of a cave.
This is a demo of the first area in the game. Hopefully I can get more of the game done later, but right now I just have the first area.
You can only jump and climb to move.
Controls:
Space to jump
Space + d to jump forward
Space + a to jump backward
w to climb walls
Left shift to hold onto walls
Escape to quit the game
f to attack
hold x for magic attack

I have found a couple of bugs and cheese, such as if you keep holding a direction when you land you will still be in the fall animation and can keep moving, even though you are on the ground, if you line yourself right on the edge of a platform then jump and hold "w" then you will have an upside-down unicorn dragon cat, if you fail at the last jump then you will land on the pillar with the ledge that was previously inaccessible allowing you to fall into the "void," the wall you use to get off the first ledge can be used to also bypass most of the platforming. (See commented photos for more info)
This one is not a bug it is part of the game, so the cat can climb ceilings. It gives different ways of getting to the top and will be used for platforming later :)
But it dose partially cause the bug below so I'll have to try and fix that one.

This area leads to a somewhat hidden platforming bit. But I need to add to it a bit, because at the moment if you fall you have to reset the game, and there’s nothing at the end of it either.

The sliding after you hit the ground is a bug, but I thought I could be fun to try and use it in platforming, but if it doesn't work out I'll try to fix it.
The upside down kitty bug, is caused by the cat being able to climb ceilings, and my attempt to let the cat grab onto the ledge of the platform.
Thanks for playing and giving Feedback. Hopefully I’ll have time to add more to the game soon, and add some polish/ fix bugs.
